He's proposing
- Le Fort I Osteotomy Multi-segment w/bone grafting
- Bilateral Sagittal Split Osteotomies w/bone grafting
- Chin Repositioning
- Cheekbone Augmentation

Do you think what he's proposed will make much of a difference in terms of aesthetics?

How long did it take you to even get the consult? How long until the surgery if you proceed?

No CCW though.

And I think it was a couple months.
Braces would only be on for about 6 months, before Surgery.

Yeah I was gonna ask about that. What did he think of your occlusal plane? Was he happy with the angulation I suppose and didn't suggest rotation?

If you have a good angle already no need to rotate I suppose. Did you ask him?
