I’m going to address this because I’ve seen a lot of new threads made by new users asking “what do I take to grow taller”
First of all, there is no definitive answer. We aren’t scientists or endocrinologists. There is no combination of chemicals that will guarantee to make you grow taller
It is all cope.
Yet you might say, “but doctors prescribe gh!!111!”
That only works in people with GH deficiencies. Another saying is, how about people with acromegaly? Even though they aren’t deficient, they still grow taller. How? No one knows. It’s not just one gene that controls height. People with acromegaly have a plethora of genetic mutations too complicated for even the best scientists to understand.

Dangers of heightmaxxing: when you do this, you are risking your life for outcomes that might not even happen.
