If I retina I can either OR:
1. use retina
2. Purge
3. Great skin + collagen
4. No longer a hag

OR
1. use retina
2. Purge badly
3. Nuke my substanceous fat
4. More haggy in an irreversible way

OR
1. Don't use retina
2. Medicore skin
3. Stay at current level of haggy dull skin than becoming worse or better

Help me make a choice buddyboyo. I already have a lot of UEE and lack of substanceous fat so if retina nukes it for me im going ER.

It does not effect subcutaneous fat. If that was the case every retin-A user would have hollow cheeks. Using it was one of the best decisions of my life.

yes it will make your underye hollow at least it did for me
dont put it on under your eyes or cheeks
and moisturize that area at least thrice a day it helps

after I started to use retin-a my undereye support improved a lot and my under eye circles are almost completely gone
I saw improvements to my under eye circles in like the second week (I am on the 7th week and still purging)

I highly recommend you to start retin-a right now and also start with 0.05%, don't miss the lockdown since going out with a face full
of acne, pealing like a snake and being reddish is not really nice

If you have bad skin, I would definitely use it.
Acne for example will never go away without it.

retina or retin a?

Wasnt that one study that claimed vitamin A caused loss fo fat done with oral vit A?

how long for you to get results ive been on it for like 3 weeks with very mild purging but still hyperpigmentation

It took about 6-8 for me to see noticeable results at 0.05%.

Don't riskt it buddy.

Remember, if you fell bad about something, but you have a solution with a 99% success rate without any negative compensation, don't do it.

I've been using retin A for a month and a half and still purging

Don't rely on fat to keep ur eye area it should be bine

I'm on tretinoin 0.05 for more than4 years. Currently approaching 27. No fat loss, fat loss is age related so it might happen in my 30s. I was also on tazoretene for a time and it completely burns your face, just too aggressive.

Other option. Use retinol which is like a weaker version of retin a which has fewer side effects but fewer results too. https://theordinary.deciem.com/product/rdn-retinol-1pct-in-squalane-30ml?ccvis=1

What about upper eyelid hooding/fat, can you loose that? Its the only face fat i care about

Don't use tret, it gave me post finasteride syndrome and anal numbness.
