2x a day use topical (day and night)

Topical 1 (Morning)
2 drops of rosemary oil per 10 drops of pumpkin seed oil (leave it for 2 hours before washing it off)

Topical 2 (Night)
2 drops of rosemary oil per 10 drops of pumpkin seed oil + 5% azelaic acid (leave it for 2 hours before washing it off)

For washing it off I recommend using a shampoo like the Avalon Rosemary shampoo


3 x a week LLLT 20 mins a day (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

inversion table 1x per day for 10 mins

Dermastamping with 1.5 mm once a week

Supplements

1000 mg of curcumin phytosome per day
100 mg of zinc per day
300 mg of ashwaghandha ksm-66

Lifestyle changes that will help:

- Cold showers
- Blood donation once a month to remove iron overload
- Get 30 mins of sunlight between 10 am and 3 pm, if there is no sunlight supplement with 4000 IUs per day, I recommend the Carlson Lab one that has MCT oil in it

When it comes to diet a ray peat inspired diet will make this all progress better, although I eat Smoked salmon 3 x a week, so I would suggest a combination of Ray Peat and Weston Price would be ideal

Is not hard to maintain tbh, I am getting some progress and once I reach my desired result I will drop the topicals to 3x a week
