It is a totally stupid to believe that the top lip must necessarily be past of the bottom lip, often those who have it in a really visible way suffer from overbite, too many factors come into play, like the size of the lips. If you don't have an underbite or an overbite, you have nothing to do because it won't earn you any points in attractiveness in real life.

I have a normal bite..both my lips are at almost the same level however the upper lip past the bottom lip is considered more attractive
