Lefort and BSSO only moves your jaws vertically. Yes, MSDO will expand your lower dental arch and chin (part of front mandible), but that's it. Moreover it´s difficult to get MSDO done.

Osteotomies change sagittal position of the your jaws, not mass and shape of your mandible.

MSE will slightly improve your skull shape. Same with MSDO. More so if you're legit melted. Combine that with slight flaring of the lower jaw with BSSO (this is more due to better occlusion/muscular development) + something to widen the lower jaw and boom, you have a solid lower third.

Injectable bone will probably be a thing in 2040 so youngcels could have legit the chaddiest bones ever seen in humans by 2035-2040
