Vitamin and mineral stack for facemaxxing

Could someone recommend a vitamin stack and dosages for bonemaxxing and facemaxxing?
 
Try to get from food ngl, bioavailability from supps is almost useless but generally:

Bonemaxxing:
-Vitamin k2
-Calcium
-Boron
-Vitamin D

Skinmaxxing:
-Beta carotene/ Vitamin A
-Zinc
-Selenium
-Vitamin C
-Collagen
-Vitamin E

Avoid sugar and wheat as they have been shown to inhibit vitamin/mineral absorption and are just inflammatory

nothing else will work
DHT fucks up your hair. I don’t wanna go bald

Even if I did get DHT, how would I use it?

K2, id say 240 ug.
Calcium 600 mg
Boron 3 mg
Vitamin D, just tan daily, it gives you much better bioavailable vitamin D
Idk if I can tan tbh, in a suburb of Toronto. Don’t know any tanning places near me.

Hm well generally Vitamin D is one of those things were supplementation has been shown to be legit useless, so I'd take double of daily recommended dosage, you will shit out 99% anyways.
