Take it from me:
1. It stops you being belly fat but skinny arms aka central obesity
2. It counteracts cortisol aka the depression/ stress hormone which can & will kill you.
3. I've heard it improves cognitive performance
4. It stops you getting osteoporosis or it should do. Contrary to what people tell you osteoporosis does affect you negatively in day to day living regardless of whether you have a fracture or not. Goes without saying logically/deductively & scientifically (although health care providers are reluctant to admit it since it'll push up premiums)
5. It complements your testosterone levels.

All in all an important supplement function.

I'm going to have take more starting from now.

Any good vitamin D & calcium supplements you know of?
 
I take about 4000 iu of quality vitamin d3 a day, haven't noticed anything tbh.

If you do not have deficiency then you do not notice anything at all, lower the dose or take it when it is winter.
