@retard has praised incisor chewing for its effects on the maxilla. While he may be right, there is a price.

Introducing: Bruxism

Bruxism is the result of excessively grinding the teeth. You get chipped teeth that look unaesthetic. Excessive chewing on the teeth can have the same effect. How do I know? Because one tooth of mine has been chipped and I've been getting aching pains from excessively incisor chewing. This is a warning, do NOT incisor chewing frequently.

I'm just sharing my experience on what happened,I've been getting occasional tooth aches and one tooth of mine looks chipped.

Yeah, I suppose you're right but at the same time chewing something that's too hard can be bad for your teeth which is my main takeaway. Don't overdo it.
