Fried chicken breast chopped into chunks. Then spaghetti sauce and a mountain of grated parmesan.

Nah I made it. Yeah probably at least that many cals. Probably at around 2500-3000 for the day.
Did a shot of sdrol and took an anadrol 50 and 40mg of hctz. Want to look juicy tommorow cause this is the one time per year I'll see those family members.
Just from doing that it looks like I gained alot of muscle and lost fat in a single day when really it's just water weight being moved from under my skin into my muscles.
