Its a possibility, but be realistic, if his next Mewing pic shows typical signs of forward facial development, it can't be fillers, he's not getting filler on top of filler on top of filler in bloody Pakistan.

Mewing does work, its just extremely slow for most people. And take into account that your mewing results are dependent on how much your sutures have closed, the rate at which your bone remodels, your hormonal profile etc... All of these are very strongly influenced by your genetics, so maybe Salludon got lucky with those things and if he did that would make him a great responder to mewing/facepulling.
