looks like an exaggeration to me
when u try to make the perfect child, high likelihood of him becoming fucked up (this happened to me)

would say
be peak physical healthy prior to conception -both mother and father-
take supplements before conceiving

feel him loved and protected
let him be a kid
don't give him sugar and carbs, provide a good diet
don't become too much involved, dont try to micromanage his character development
make him attend sports and hobbies from a young age and be consistent

know what a good diet looks like that's high in protein and low in shitty sugar/processed carbs and make him do sports starting from youth

This was a list of things for me to do in order to get the necessary information to have a life to raise the best kid I can.

Hence the reason why I put things such as learn about the psychology of children and learn how to become financially independent.
Also there are things just as even more important that a healthy diet when a kid is growing up like the well being of his parents and communication between the two.

Make sure he eats and sleeps healthy, plays sports and socializes a lot from young age both with boys and girls

Don't worry too much about financial stuff. Being good with money isn't rocket science. Boys are harder to raise than girls, from what I've heard. If you have a boy one of the best things you can do is teach him to be skeptical of everything from a young age. Teach him to watch what people do instead of listen to what they say. Make sure he knows about the nature of women and how to control them. Teach him to never become a simp by pointing out and making fun of dudes who exhibit such behavior in public. Teach him that there's nothing wrong with being nice, but at the same time not to be afraid to turn into jerk if people start to walk all over him. Teach him to have strong boundaries and not to be afraid to enforce them.

These are the things I had to learn the hard way. I wish my father had have spent a little more time teaching them to me when I was young.

Yeah I suppose but I’d say there’s no one size fits all solution...

Do not let you or your child’s mother shit all over every single one of his hobbies and decisions. You will drive them to hate you and potentially become a psychopath.
