What are the dark blue/purple shades behind bacne?

I have some of them. Hoping their not moles as a result of previous Melanotan 2 use. Anyone know what's causing that colour behind bacne? They're only present behind the bacne and they don't particularly look like moles.

Anyone high IQ enough to answer this?
