Some people grow and develop a lot after 14, some people not so much. There is no way to tell for sure. I was pretty much done growing by the time I turned 16. Your face looks pretty good and I doubt it will change much in the coming years. But your hairline is bad. If you want you could get some prescription stuff like finasteride but I am not sure that would be a good idea for someone your age because of the effect it has on hormones. There are many things you can do to improve your hairline and keep it from receding, i think they might have a guide on it somewhere, and @SubhumanCurrycel knows a lot about it. He would probably be able to help you eith that.
