Height doesn't help if you're that ugly. That guy has a really weak bone structure and unremarkable, boring looking soft tissue.

Yes hair and skin can be fixed and that can boost him 1psl. Definitely worth it to be treated more humane although no women are probably interested regardless.

Maybe with intense gymmaxxing and stylemaxxing too he could add another 0.5psl to get to around 3.

Tbh based on this 1 picture, to get to normie or above surgery is needed.

But subhuman to human is possible with softmaxxing.
