1. they put more effort into looking good. when they had them take of makeup (with women) and clothing and styling accessiories. They didn't look better anymore than average peples. But before that, they looked better than average peoples. AKA, narcisists are avid and good (soft) looksmaxxers.
2. they are more risk taking, opportunistic, and pro-active. AKA, they play more of a numbers game; than us general higher inhib normal people. Where we maybe step up to 25 new random women per year. They do it 250 women.
So even though they are not more attractive (assuming a 4% layratio through random chat ups). The normal person with 25 chatups, will have 1 lay (25 * 4%) in that way. While the narcist, will have 10 (4% of 250) .

Read every single word. Very accurate imo. I ll go as far as to argue that being narcissistic is one of the best survival tactics, even better than psychopathy. An interesting statistic is that the are a lot of narcissists but very few diagnoses of narcissistic personality disorder. The reason obviously is (they taught as uni) narcissists have no problem with the fact they are narcissistic, because it helps them do well in life, only the people around them have problems (imo because they are losers and can't do as well)

Firstly, a guy can try to act like a narcistist. But it will never come close to what actual narcisists do/can do. But one can emmulate, some aspects for sure.

Being all narcydickhead as a man, around men. Will meet with conflict, and potentially physical conflict. Men will give you an ego check. That's what i like about the MMA I do since some time now. The ones coming in with big ego, being all narcy. There is no hiding in sparing, and when it's going down.
Among men. it's like, to me. Be respectfull. Don't bash guys, to fit in with the foids (whom like to bash men). Don't touch a man his bread/income; if not needed. And don't emasculate him.
When both fighting for a same thing (woman/women, position, status, money, etc..). Just fight hard, fair, and no hate afterwards. The best one won, and just move on without hate and give repect (weather you won or lost). We guys, are all just out, competing to get what we want and like.

However, people like that are polarizing, for example Trump, and can gain a massive amount of fans and haters who will kill for them or hate them viscerally. McGregor believed to be invincible, just like Trump, and people like that will fall harder when they fall. High risk High reward strategy, they would not be in their position if It wasn't for their cockyness, can't always be humble and respectful, Khabib is a better fighter than Conor but he makes no way near his numbers despite having a perfect record.
