Post the products below and talk about the frequency in which you use them as well as the order.

The Face-Scrub (Exfoliator) which I inappropriately apply once every two days.

Should really limit it to once every three days? Or what do experts think?

Face-Wash which I apply once in the morning, once in the afternoon (Post workout) and once in the very evening before bed.

Always comes after the Face-Scrub, if it's a Scrub day.

Bio-Oil which I apply after every time I have used the Face-Wash.

Suppose you could call this my moisturiser which comes every time after the oil.

This I've felt has worked a treat on me.

Dead Sea Salt.

Once a week.

PS: Feedback welcome from the pros.

From Google.

"What does azelaic acid do to your skin?
Azelaic acid is a naturally occurring acid found in grains such as barley, wheat, and rye. It has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, which make it effective in the treatment of skin conditions like acne and rosacea. The acid can prevent future outbreaks and clean bacteria from your pores that causes acne.19 Dec 2018"

The "acid" part caught my eye. Interesting stuff. Gonna look into it more, thanks man.

Niacinamide caused irritation for me so keep that in mind. At least the ordinary Niacinamide + zinc caused redness all over my face. I am looking for a Niacinamide 5-10% product that doesn't trigger fungal acne if anyone can recommend one.
