What is this facial harmony all about

what are these ratios and propotions. Can jaw surgery fix them

Philtrum to chin ratio between 2:1 and 3:1
Stomion to chin ratio between 2:1 and 2.5:1
Width of the mouth of ~ 1.6 times the width of the nose

All facial thirds relatively similar in length, with the upper third tallest. The middle third should not be taller than the upper third, but a taller upper than middle third is fine.

Combine that with good symmetry in the midface, a lack of failos and good skin and you've got facial harmony.

ofc, rhino is a necessity, and it'll help for the harmony, but a very good surgeon is needed. I don't know for these others surgeries about harmony.

Doesn't come into it much. Chin is far more important. That said;

Slightly narrower than the bizygomatic
Gonial should sit more or less level with the mouth
Incline should be more or less parallel to a line between the outer canthus and the outer nostril.

They're the generically handsome ones. You can deviate obviously but the harmony moggers always come very close.
