Started highschool as 5'7 (so like age 14ish?)
Had a growth spurt around middle of middle school, and it died off by like middle of highschool, I've just been inching up slowly the last year or two, almost near the end of my growth.

timbs are also good, wearing boots every other day (at least here in NY), stack it with lifts if you want, if you can grow out your hair for like a 1 inch boost or something, and then maybe wear like a baseball cap on top of that (I have to wear a hat to sorta tame my hair), you can do that too.

btw things like stretching can legitimately give you 1 inch of height.

I'll begin, 5'8, I don't remember hitting any major growth spurts, but I know I was 5'5 at 16, 19 now.

5'11.5 at 24, I fraud as 6'0 tho. I did have a little late growth spurt. I was 5'6 at 14, then 5'8 at 15-16, then 5'10 at 17-20. From 21-22 I hit a little growth spurt and got to the height I am now.
