What ive decided to do with expansion

MSE is a problem
Mew wont do it for a year and the only other option is spain but that cant happen probably till october because the doc is off
Till then
There might be 1 or 2 others that ill try but i doubt itll work out

So in the meantime

I will buy this expander, expand 3 mm over a long period of time, and use copeandropes fAce bow. Ill get to 38mm IMW, and then when i get mse ill get 12mm expansion to 50mm IMW

Don’t rush and do things correctly. Every mm of dental tipping you produce with the wrong appliance is one mm less of skeletal expansion. Get MSE.

Does this also apply to braces? Can one get MSE without prior braces treatment?

MSE is done before braces. Some orthodontist prefer to bond the brackets before but no arch I’d placed (or a very light one)
