it's good that you are looksmaxing but try not to overdo / overdose yourself. e.g. usually a normal diet has enough amino acids, and your body synthesizes according to you body's needs.

Cod liver oil (Includes Vitamin A, D, E, balanced, animal sourced, best source for those vitamins, also omega3)
Fish oil (Omega3)
Vitamin C
Vitamin K2
Creatine is also good if you workout

and also remember to eat good, and eat meat so you don't end up like a faggot

It won't, but it will increase your T which is correlated with a better body shape, deeper voice if ur still during puberty, muscles and alpha behavior
also meat has things which you need like zinc, fats, protein and more bullshit

Korean Gensing
Forskohli
Fish Oil(Vitamin E)
Horny Goat Weed
Vitamin C
Vitamin Bs'(specially Biotin for hair)
(Lyposene, addtional to Asthaxanthin tbh)
(Boron, debateable)
Don't overdose them and intake them during a healthy diet + gymmaxx. GYMMAXX!!
I wish I were gymmaxxing at 15 jfl.

What’s your bf %, height, weight? how much sleep do you get? what’s your nutrition like? Supplements aren’t going to do shit if everything else isn’t optimal.

dont know the body fat %, im 5'9, 135 pounds, i take a multiviatmin and vitamin d3, willing to take any amount of more supplements. I eat what my mom put ons the table

What’s your tanner stage? Your parents heights?

Take Zinc 50mg before sleep, Copper 6mg in the morning (compensate for high zinc), Aswghaganda night and morning, Magnesium 400mg before sleep, Vitamin K2 MK-7 or MK-4 depending on your goals.
