Hello I feel my ears are too big and if I can get it reduce? I am planning rhino, jawline, chin and cheek implants after losing weight. But I feel ears may need to be short?


Also neck is too short but unfortunately there isn't any surgery for that.

That's my weird lips and upper teeth. I will get braces to push them back cause they make me look like a kissy face etc. I am not sure what can I do with lips.. maybe after upper teeth is fixed, they will get better.

I was thinking about it, but my front teeth are protruding. Not sure if expanding will help. I have decent palate but the two front teeth.

I think you would improve a lot by lowering your body fat... dont obsess with surgeries man...
