My mom is going to buy some vitamis and is asking me which ones do i want. What should i tell her, what is the best vitamin after C for well being
You need pretty insane amounts of potassium to fuck up your heart, aka a few of these bottles lmao no way he’s gonna do that-If you're not taking a multivitamin... JFL most multi's don't have what they say they do inside of them. Take Centrum https://amzn.to/33ztp9J
-Mega dose vitamin C, if you gymcel without it ... .JFL ... https://amzn.to/2CrS7gw 2000mg is plenty (1000mg twice a day) Vitamin c is barely absorbed in large doses.
-K2 and D3... its 2019... who the fuck goes outside... https://amzn.to/34CzhPI
as far as magnesium goes... eat chicken broccoli rice you recessed chin fuck
zinc and copper come in a ratio. Take too much of one or the other and you'll absorb less. self cuck
Potassium fights bloat, don't supplement it, you'll fuck up your heart. Just eat fruit and vegetables.
I try to keep it as natural as possible. Things like D3 and C you wont hit unless you eat 40 oranges and 5 cans of tuna every day.. haha fuck that. but with potassium just eat a couple sweet potatoes and a banana and you're golden. You need pretty insane amounts of potassium to fuck up your heart, aka a few of these bottles lmao no way he’s gonna do that
Vitamin C promotes oxalate synthesis, you don't want to get kidney stones. You should be concerned about it, especially if you drink low/moderate amounts of water.Didn't someone said 2000mg is the best?
nah fam... if you track the amount of vitamin c you get outside of sups... its super pathetic. you either need to drink tons of juice or take sups. Guess you could get stones if you don't drink water... but if you're looksmaxing and not drinking at least a gallon a day.. jflVitamin C promotes oxalate synthesis, you don't want to get kidney stones. 2000mg is overkill, keep in mind you get vitamin c from foods aswell, not just from supps
2000mg is what longevity research suggests, but the key to taking vitamin c is to take it in small doses. Ideally you want a Time-release vitamin C sup that is slowly absorbed. People talk about kidney stones... but if you're not drinking water... its already over.Didn't someone said 2000mg is the best?
