What's Chad's official PSL?

So can someone clairfy how the PSL system is supposed to work?
As in, what PSL = subhuman? PSL for normie? Chad?

It seems like no one ever gets PSL 7. PSL 7 seems impossible even though the scale goes to 10.
Are normies considered PSL4? 5?

And my primary question, what PSL defines chadlite and chad? What is that magic number?

7 to 8 is chad
the scale goes only to 8 and not 10
