What's the best way to increase LSH/ FSH/ Testosterone & Vitamin D Levels

So I've been diagnosed as having Testosterone 9.5 nmol/l levels. Ordinary range is 6.5-24.5, LSH 3.1IU/L normal range is between 1.2-8.6, FSH 2 IU/L normal range is 1.3-19.3 & vitamin D is 62.3 NMol normal is between 50 - 150.

Any ideas would be most appreciated. My body fat is 30%. I'm also 2 stone over weight. I've also got Osteoporosis which I mention in another Thread.

I can guess form your avi that your T levels are indeed nonexistent. Inject asap son

I also have Low Procollagen Type 1 propetide levels. Apparently increased risk of hip fracture. I have yet to get a Dexa scan & see the results of that. Should be a laugh.

your gonadotropins are low, for what I'm assuming is a teenager?

Losing the weight would help increase your testosterone
 
post your diet, sleep, training, supplements, general lifestyle (job?)
