I lost 40+ pounds in like a few months by playing sports and eating 1500cals. Add clen for more fat loss and more muscle retention.

This and Omad+Low carb and cardio isn't required (but it's recommend that you workout so you don't become a muscle-less faggot)
also buy creatine if you workout, fish oil (makes your brain function better ,boosts metabolism and T) and psyllium husks (dietry fiber, makes you feel less hungry during the day and makes you burn extra calories since you're body tries to digest it but can't and better gut bacteria which makes you leaner short and long term and feel better)

That's bullshit, caloric intake should be balanced based on your workout routine, your weight, and your goals. You can't just arbitrarily choose a kinda low number and hope one size fits all.

Always in these threads some retards recommending 1200-1500 kcal when they were asked the fastest way. Doing 1200-1500 is completely fucking retarded if you also train regularly and want to feel good/not tired.

TLDR FASTEST WAY: Water fasting or alternate day fasting.

Thats it, I am making a weightloss post in the near future explaining why the fuck you incels can't lose weight.
