There is no fix for being smaller than a woman in high heels no amount of muscles and face will fix that humiliation of looking like a kid near her.
And 15 cm heels don't add 15 real cm. They add 11 or 12 at most. And you also have to consider that men wear shoes too, so that is an easy 2-3 extra cm. The maximum real difference you would see is then of about 8-9cm.
