well I guess your clavicles won't grow that much past 18 anyway. Probably a milimeter or two per year.

If you actually look outside you will see that all people in their 30s pretty much have the same pitiful frame, so you shouldn't just lean back and let growth hormone do its almost non existent work until you're an old fuck,
and instead actively try to make your bideltoid bigger by expanding your ribcage through excercises, and gaining muscle.
Also by eating well and increasing growth hormone naturally+ injecting (if possible)
