He kind of botched it, as my areolae are slightly concave instead of flat now. But still looks 100x better than the weird pointy ones I had for 20 years (imagine not being able to wear normal shirts without looking like shit jfl)

Idk but surely they need to remove the gland somehow. They definitely make an incision around your nipple
