I tried Mino for one year on my beard and 6 months on my brows. It actually worked a bit by making hair thicker (looked denser but new hairs didn't grow from nowhere) but not super much
Skin didn't suffer much but I already have damaged skin due to acne treatments when younger (not too bad)
The only thing I noticed is one year after stopping dark circles under eyes but not sure if even connected
Otherwise didn't see much negative effects but IMHO positives didn't outweigh either
Beards seems like cope cos build lower third is king and eyebrows don't change much so you wouldn't go from shit tier to model
Maybe for older folks with bad skin genes some damage will be done at longer periods but I wouldn't risk it as you wouldn't want to look older, especially if not reversible or very expensive to do so
