I have shit tier brows and want them to be thicker and positively tilted like Ian Somerhalder. What doctors do this procedure and for cheap? Willing to travel outside of the US

I actually just watched this a few days ago as I need a hair transplant. These guys are some of the most expensive in Turkey because they're actually good, not sure if you'd want to pay top dollar for just eyebrows but yeah.

I've mentioned several times about it, but didnt try it. there is guy named Epstein (yeah, I know), who lowers eyebrows with
reversed browlift - maybe he is an expert (he is from the us)
