I need to get something done to my lower third. I'm losing weight the best I can to see if I get any definition, but it doesn't seem to be happening as I approach becoming "thin" with still little definition. I'm thinking some sort of jaw enhancement and cheek and neck fat removal. I want a defined lower third with hollow cheeks.

My eye area still remains my beiggest problem, but the surgeries are more expensive and less effective for this, so I may just suck this one up.

I plan on going to Mexico next summer for surgery if Auschwitzmaxing doesn't work.
