You have to understand in men it is estrogen that causes aggression, high libido and anxiety.
Estrogen in men comes from testosterone. So yes, low T = low E.

It's also why taking aromatase inhibitors always have symptoms and isn't healthy, the peripheral aromatase becomes inhibited as well, so you get joint/bone/mental disorder.

Overall, best way to increase T is to reduce visceral fat, but also even total fat have influence.
