I assume the tan is better, especially if it is carotenoid, it looks healthier.
Would you rather have Gandy coloring or typical North atlantid coloring basically.

Yeah bones are everything but coloring is important too. There were pictures of Barrett with worse coloring and he looked legit gross. Also i made my lips more reddish recently, dyed eyebrows, lashes and i look way better.

Both are important. But most people dont care about details like that. They just want to cut their bones hoping they will ascend to god tier while sometimes small softmaxxing gives better results. There is reason why lighting affects our look in pictures, its mostly coloring. Good one is legit boost and im aiming in that.
