This would appear to not be a looksmax thread, but it is I'll explain
Also, not racist I have black friends

While I was skinmaxxing over these past months (for what I don't know it's over for me)
I noticed all the time I'd drink water It would just pass right through me.
However my skin desperately needed water/hydration it fucking looks like this

Black people didn't go to the river often to drink water.
Africa has the largest and most dangerous animals of any continent

So what did the hunter-gather Subsaharan African do?
In spite of all these dangerous animals by the most valuable resource (water)

They got a lot of there water intake that was trapped in the fibrous matrix of fruits and vegetables.
I have a theory that this is how we evolved to intake water. It gets digested overtime.
The combination of this slow digestion + nutrients allow more water makes it into our cells

So eat more fruit and vegetables, and drink less water

Meh could make sense I guess. I eat it in the summertime tho mostly it’s like a seasonal food weird to say lol but yeah they taste good but not the whole thing

I've got good skin just got bit much fat on my face at the moment I drink plenty of water but I don't eat fruits might eat watermelon just bit expensive in England for some reason I've got some temporary spots but they'll be gone soon

you're forgetting that watermelon and tomatoes have a powerful skin nutrient called Lycopene, which contributes to reddening of the skin, making it look healthier and thus possibly hydrated
