That's the biggest problem actually. Nothing really bad about trolls, yeah, but only if they're where they should be - in offtopic section. As for myself, i wanted this website to be place where people legit try to improve themselves and help each other with this, give experience, find truth, try things etc

4. yeh doing intense exercise like sprints while fasted is shown to give hgh boost. only temporarily tho. nothign wrong with eating proper meals from morning to dinner like most people. but fasting is a good way to lose weight since ur cutting ur available hours of eating down. wouldnt do it if trying to gain weight tho.
