Does lifting and working out drastically increase your collagen production or something? My skin looks so good after hard lifting. Would it be legit if I woke up at like 5 am every day, work out then go to school with pump and very good looking facial skin? Even in gym I just look all the time between sets to the mirror just because I look so good.
