Yea I was at his clinic a while ago. His techniques are pretty unique and innovative and his surgeries take like 8 hours so the price seems reasonable. However, their philosophy doesn't really fit into most people's goals here I'd say. They basically slap the ante face on everyone and do massive Bimax movement, along with their cartilage grafts on the cheekbones and other areas, but that will still leave most people's forehead and nose recessed and might give a chimp appearance at the end. I still think Sailer is inredibly skilled and for some people he might have exactly what's needed.
