I talked about this in my calisthenic threads. Most gym goers are just fat or bulky and are not attractive to women body wise. You need to be lean with abs but not too skinny.

Just like most things, you cant just add the feature and become attractive. But it does help. Women would prefer a man with low body fat and large muscles over a guy with 15%bf and average muscles if they were both the same exact guy. Obviously, they would prefer a 15%bf 6’2 chad over a 5’9 10%bf totally jacked guy. But the muscles are still a sex appeal boost. Not muscles like some roided massive bodybuilder, but above average muscles
