Your chin is pointy already. I think gênio+ccw would make it too forward.

nessa montagem ai ja começou com genioplastia feita kkk, eu comentei ali no primeiro post depois.
bsso nao é só pra encaixar a mandibula com a outra? se for isso talvez nem precisasse de genio depois.
se rotacionar o negocio ele nao vai ficar mais pra frente ? sei la
