Is it better to eat at maintenance and burn like 500 calories or what shld I do?

Depends on cardio type.

I can usually shred 3-4lbs of body fat within a week with a 500-1000 calorie deficit and 1h of skipping per day.

Caffeine helps a lot too

Goal is a 5 week mini cut trying to shred as much as possible maintain muscle etc. for that what should I do? My maintenance is around 3000 cals

eat 2500 cals a day of lean meats and nothing else and spend 30-45 min doing HIIT 3-4 times a week

1 hour walking with some sprinting and jogging in it should be enough

1hr skipping is insane. How many breaks? I can barely do 10min without stopping

and do cardio like stair master daily

water and fat but my face changed immensly so I think a big portion of it was fat. i also kept it off too. I did it because I had prom that week

As much as you want. You'll know when you're overdoing it. Idk why tf everyone is advocating for such rapid weight loss though. It's may, if you wanted to cut you should've started earlier.
