been high T all my life up until 5 months ago where something fucked me up probably my weight catched up to me or got too high which is something im rapidly trying to improve.
Bascially I think i was too high E and too low T for about 3 months and how do I know if i've fucked myself??? how much bad would this be?
Would a hgh boosting by peptides plus an AI until I become low bf and still running them for a couple of months plus a test or tren cycle countereffect this??.
I slept at least 8-9 hours per day all days but never had a good sleeping schedule since last year.
I never mouth breathed and my growth plates are probably not closed.
I did move a bit by pacing around my room like im on the spectrum doing some things and I am pretty sure my vitamin D levels were not too low even though I never went outside much after the age of 14
I ate an alright diet high in meat but also ate quite a bit of sugar some days.
my posture was not that good at all lol.
my air quality was good since my window has allways been open.
I wanked atleast once every two days but more once a day up untill about 6 months ago when I started wanking twice a day some days and at least once a day for most days with a lot of edging sitting in a bad posture.
I drank alot of plastic water since 3 months ago (xenoestrogens?)
