stay around 75-125mg of total testosterone dosage.
use short ester testosterone like acetate or propionate, due to lower aromatization and mimicing of natural pulsatile testosterone release in the body. inject everyday, in the morning.
use no deadspace syringes so you dont inject less than you think.
inject intramuscular, not subq.

good spots to inject are: shoulders, outer quads (vastus lateralis), lats, ventroglute (the spot in your glutes you can feel the lowest fat when flexing the muscle.
