If you have ADHD, you may find it challenging to maintain an exercise routine. It's not a lack of discipline, but rather your brain getting bored easily. To counteract this, it's recommended that you avoid any activities that release dopamine before exercising. An even better way is to do calisthenics. It is like a game and the new progressions are like lvls in video games, so it is less boring to your ADHD brain.
