Can computers and phones change the appearance of your eyes

Well i know it strains the eye which damages eyesight but if you use your computer and phone so much can it make your eyes or eyeshape uglier ?? For example a kid growing up with lots of screen time would that change their eyes for the worse when they grow up

i think if you have short sightedness it might make your eye bulge a little bit since short sighteness is caused by elongated eyeball
i suspect tat elongated eyeball are related to change in eye socket or bone structure
