Is it even possible to look lean if you eat lots of carbs?

Fuck even at 10-12% bodyfat I still look like a fat piece of shit in the face because Im perma bloated. But I need to eat carbs to lean bulk tbh or even maintenance. I cant starve myself with a caloric deficit forever just for a non bloated face. What should I do?

You're likely underestimating bodyfat and not truly 10-12%.
I see people underestimate their bodyfat all the time especially men

All genes Im like 20% bf with a gut still have hollow cheeks I don't store fat on my face.

Idk if I eat only a little and binge alcohol at evening till 4am, I look lean af, so it is physically possible for me to look lean

I could do cardio but I dont want to eat in a deficit
If I eat maintenance with low calorie dense food, I would have to stuff myself all the time

try cream of tartar once and see if there's difference
if not, you are fat/boneless
