Im trying to do at least 5 day water fast. The goal is to get to ketogenic state and get delusions from hunger. By doing this i'll delude myself into thinking im Chad for easy confidence boost.
Also im 1 week off from antipsychotics.

18 h already let's go!

Making huge ass dinner.
Seems im not ready for female interaction.
