Alot of people keep pushing magnesium and potassium while moderating sodium intake to lower blood pressure etc.

However i've noticed that taking in magnesium for example raises my blood pressure unless I massively increase my sodium intake along with it.

I slept 9 hours without waking up for the first time in a decade recently after drinking a broth with 10 GRAMS of salt in it before bed.

Weirdly enough I also had a wet dream that night
