Phenotype, 1:1 chin to philtrum, bad haircut, ethnic nose, poorly maintained eyebrows, beard doesn't fit OP, very recessed, short midface, too thin, not that lean, low set cheekbones, poor undereye support, eyelid exposure, and unequal thirds.
A third of it is fixable with softmaxx, surgery will fix another third. OP could ascend to MTN (west standards).
I guess moneymaxx is the easier option here.
