I am going to try half my body fat before uni starts (november). I need a 6 pack to MOG. This is going to be very mentally taxing, and my parents may not let me do it. My goal is to only eat one meal in the day that contains carbs, with everythign else being protein. ofc while ensuring minimum values for vitamins is met. I planning on lettings eggs carry this task.
